Alan Varagona has over 30 years’ experience working with Fortune 500 companies and the US and foreign governments. He has led numerous cross-functional change efforts on projects up to $600 million dollars and has a proven ability to help teams improve the impact of their processes and performance on the bottom line. Alan has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Tennessee, attended graduate school at Georgia Institute of Technology, is a Six Sigma/Lean Processes Black Belt, holds a Masters certificate in spiritual direction and is a certified Gestalt process consultant.

Lynn Varagona, Ph.D., MSN, MBA, PMHCNS-BC, has over 30 years’ experience in a variety of industries, including healthcare as a provider of direct patient care. She is highly skilled in effecting change at all levels—from individuals to entire organizational cultures—and has led cross-functional teams on projects up to $100 million dollars. Lynn is a licensed psychologist and licensed advanced practice nurse with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Florida, a Masters in Psychiatric–Mental Health Nursing from Yale, an Executive MBA from Emory University with a concentration in Healthcare Management, and a Ph.D. in Community/Organizational Psychology from Georgia State University. She holds a Masters certificate in spiritual direction and is a certified Gestalt process consultant.
